If possible, please send the complete unit for repair. Only then can it be guaranteed, that your equipment will function perfectly after repair. We also can offer you a loan unit for the duration of the repair time.

Please note that we carry out repairs quickly. As soon as we receive your equipment, you will receive a cost estimate the same day. As soon as the cost estimate is approved by you, the repair and return shipment is usually carried out on the same day. Therefore a loaner device is not necessary in most cases.

Pick-up service:

Alternatively we can pick up your device at your place. For this we charge the following UPS costs:
23,30 Euro - Standard (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). Shipping is insured up to 510,00 Euro.

Please fill out this form carefully and click on "Abschicken" (Send). We will then organize the pick-up of your equipment as soon as possible for you.

Cleaning and disinfection:

The customer undertakes to thoroughly clean and disinfect the object to be sent in or the loan unit before sending it in. In the event of non-compliance, ROOS DENTAL reserves the right to invoice the cleaning and disinfection costs according to expenditure. In the event of contamination that may contain pathogens (e.g. traces of blood), acceptance will be refused for safety reasons and the unit will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
